I am very interested in getting your favorite recipes and spreading them around the
world. Don't let that secret recipe for something delicious
remain a secret any longer! I am especially interested in
recipes in which the ingredients can be found in many parts of
the world. If your recipe calls for something only available in
your country, but there is another substitute, then please
list it in the recipe. I live in Thailand, but I can make foods
from Mexico, Italy, Africa and many other countries using
locally available ingredients. Things like 'Hersheys' chocolate
(yum!) are not easily availble here, but instead, I use cocoa
powder with butter.
