Here are some of my favorite recipes from my home in Thailand. Most of these recipes I have made myself and they vary from the smooth spices of the North, the everday staples of the Northeast, to the fiery hot curries of the South.

I am originally from California, and I grew up on good Mexican food. I have listed here some of the best of the authentic Mexican Recipes. There is also a link that will send you to the Mexican Vegetarian Page and the amazingly delicious Mexican Desserts Page.

What can I say. I live for good bread. Even loving Thai food, I get cravings for a good sandwich made with home-made bread. Here in Thailand, it used to be difficult, if not impossible in some areas, to get a decent taste of healthy bread. Now, we have bakeries everywhere you go, and even Pizza Hut (which is not to say I think their pizza is good!). Here are some recipes for wheat, sourdough, banana, croisants and also recipes for pizza dough- both thick and thin.

Here are some of the most fattening desserts I could find ( I weigh about 150 kilos, so, you see, I've found quite a few). I have the old standards like banana bread, cookies and brownies, but I also have a good selection of Mexican and Asian deserts.

Some of the best tasting dishes I've had have been vegetarian, so I thought I should list them here. They are all quite healthy, but don't let that scare you off! .
