We ate at a chinese resturant and they had an appetizer that was called hula beef. They are thin slices of beef that they thread on a skewer and serve with a thick garlic sauce. They use to have small grill type things that you would heat them up on. Would anyone have any idea how they made the sauce.

No idea actually but looking into chinese cuisine, i can guess.

Beef Stock
Oyster Sauce
Garlic
Chinese RIce WIne
Corn Starch
Seasoning
Lea and Perrin ( think so )

Try it out.
