How do they obtain a Visa? I have a friend who wanted to sponsor two children in America and their Visa's were denied.

I would find out why they were denied, then take it from there. In my personal experience, the reason can be with either party, but in most cases, these issues can be dealt with and the visa is obtained..

Yes, I was turned down for a visa the first time I applied. Because mostly I did not prepare myself well for the interview. The second time I went in, I was better prepared. Like I had my bank book with me, and I brought someone along who could witness for me. He was respected by the visa people more than me, and I got my visitors visa right afterward smile.gif
