I have a friend that is eight weeks pregnant and would like to naturally induce her labor. Her mother had gotten some herbs and made a special tea that night she went into labor. Does anyone know what herbs and in what amounts she needs for the tea, she's going to burst!???

I sincerely hope that you are at least consulting a health-care professional, but if that is true, why would you be posting this question on the Internet? Just because something is an herb, does not mean it can't be extremely dangerous to mother/child. We are not talking about something frivolous, nor should you be doing anything without qualified medical consultation.

To offer some support and advice on natural methods for induction, you can check out these Web pages http://www.gentlebirth.org/archives/natinduc.html http://www.maternitycorner.com/mcmag/articles/preg0007.html Good Luck smile.gif
