Malaysian service style

In Response To: style of service (peter nelson)

Malaysian usually uses English Service or we called them HIDAND style - where all the dishes are place in the middle of the table for sharing.

As usual, depending on ethnic, malay will use either their hands to eat or using fork and spoon with a spoon for each dish. Indian is similar to malay as well.

the chinese will use chinese setting.

Thats the 3 main ethnic in malaysia.

i do agree with all that and would like to add, we do use french or russian service too.
