The Iced coffee you had is basically coffee with lots of
sweetened evaporated milk. The same can be done with tea.

The custard dessert? There are so many..I have some in the section
'Thai Desserts'...it might also be a special recipe at the restaurant where you had it.

I'm sure you will enjoy visiting here in Thailand. It has been my home for more than 13 years, and I still
