Hello:
I have interest to know if there is an arabian influence in Asian food, specially in India as there are some terms or words as kebab an halave wich seem much more arabian than from India... Also the use in India of yogurt , cumin and certain kinds of breads are more similar to arbian food than the usual food we can find in Asia.
I can see that Indian food is very different to the rest off Asia no mather that India has a lot of influence in food of the rest of asian countries, so the cuestion is : kebab, halave, kumin, yogurt and the rest are directly influenced by the arabians (or middle east countries) or did arabians received it from India ???
